Recycling collection bins behind Shultz, Owens and Dietrick Dining Halls on the Virginia Tech campus will no longer accept newspapers because the Montgomery County Mid-County Recycling Center no longer allows roll-off containers to unload at the site.

Household recyclables can be taken to the county landfill or the Price's Ford Consolidated Waste Disposal Site, two miles west of Blacksburg.
