BUSINESS WORKSHOP

The Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE), the city of Radford and the Radford Chamber of Commerce will cosponsor a workshop for prospective business owners March 8 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., in the Norwood Room of the Norwood Center.

The speakers include Gerald Fain, certified financial planner; R.L. Thomas of Thomas & Thomas Advertising and Public Relations; John Phillips of First National Bank; and local small-business owners.

The registration fee for the workshop is $25.
