EARNINGS

Hanover Direct Inc, of Weehawken, N.J.., which operates telemarketing and warehouse operations for its Tweeds and Domestications catalogs in Roanoke and Botetourt counties, reported 1994 net income of $14.7 million, or 16 cents per share, on revenues of $768.9 million, compared with year-earlier $13.2 million, or 17 cents per share, on revenues of $642.5 million. For the fourth quarter, net income was $8.2 million, or 9 cents per share, on revenues of $226.3 million, compared with year-earlier $6.9 million, or 9 cents per share, on revenues of $228.7 million.
