POWER BAITS HAVE IT MADE IN THE SHADES

The final opening day of trout season in Virginia will be a little more colorful than usual.

Many anglers are expected to be casting a new line of Berkley Select Power Baits.

The baits are available in several new colors with glitter this season. Spring Green, Neon Blue and Rainbow.

``I think they'll be real hot,'' said Robert Elmore of All Huntin'-N-Fishing Store in Salem. ``A lot of people come in and see something new, and it might be an edge on the guy standing next to them.''

John Cullen of Ace Hardware in Buena Vista said, ``Everybody will get it. It used to be salmon eggs, now it's Power Bait.''

The average cost for Berkley Select is $4.
