IF YOU WANT TO BE INCLUDED IN OUR LISTING OF CAMPS

Parents soon will be making plans for their children's summer activities, and the Roanoke Times & World-News wants to help. We will publish a list of area summer camps on March 27.

Camp operators who would like their day or overnight program listed should send information by March 13 to: Camps, features department, Roanoke Times & World-News, P.O. Box 2491, Roanoke, Va. 24010-2491.

The information should include dates of sessions with space available, a brief description of the activities, sponsoring organization, location, ages accepted, prices, mailing address and phone number. Classes, such as tap dance and karate, that are not a part of a special summer program, will not be listed.

Please include a daytime phone number we can call if we have any questions about your listing.

Because of space restrictions, we can publish listings only for camps in Salem, Roanoke and Roanoke County, Botetourt, Montgomery, Floyd, Giles, Pulaski, Bedford, Franklin and Craig counties.
