Because of an editor's error, a story on Tuesday's Business page was incorrect about the ownership of two Mail Boxes Etc. stores. The Mail Boxes Etc. store on Electric Road in Roanoke is owned by Joyce Wilson, and the store on West Main Street in Salem is owned by Nancy Smith.

Because of a computer error, a story Feb. 22 gave a wrong first name for Linwood Wells. Wells is the assistant attorney general who argued against a new trial for Barbara Jo Archie last month in Giles County Circuit Court.

Because of a reporter's error, the name of the new Virginia Tech assistant football coach, Lou West, was given incorrectly in a headline and story in the sports section Tuesday.

Roanoke Express goaltender Dan Ryder is under contract to the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League. Because of a reporter's error, Ryder was not named In a Tuesday story as an Express player assigned by the club's affiliates.
