RADFORD WOMEN WIN, IN TITLE GAME

Lisa Howard scored 26 points and former Christiansburg standout Rebecca McNeil added 16 to spark Radford to a 90-73 win over Towson State Fridqay night, sending the Highlanders into today's 7 p.m. Big South Conference women's tournament final at the Dedmond Center.

Radford (14-14) will be shooting for its sixth straight Big South title when it meets UNC Greensboro in the championship game for the third straight year. The Spartans, the league's regular-season champion, advanced with an 85-57 semifinal win over Coastal Carolina.
