CREASY, Fred, (``Tom""), 75, of Roanoke, died Sunday, March 12, 1995 in a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Blanche Pauline Creasy. Mr. Creasy was a member of Rainbow Forest Baptist Church and of the U.C.T. Surviving are a brother, Frank Creasy; two sisters, Beulah Starkey, and Hester Fidler, all of Roanoke; a sister-in-law, Mary E. Lantz, Roanoke; also three nephews, Johnny Vaughn, Thomas Vaughn, and William Vaughn, all of Roanoke; two nieces, Carolyn Thomas, Vinton, Carolyn Spangler, Roanoke; a nephew-in-law, Jerry Spangler, Roanoke. Graveside services will be conducted at Fair View Cemetery 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 15, with the Rev. Rick Via officiating. The family will receive friends at Oakey's Vinton Chapel from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

EANES, Virginia Belle, 96, of Shawsville, died Friday, March 10, 1995. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lemial Dana Eanes, one daughter, Mabel Anderson, and one son, George Eanes. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Arbutus Bayne, Shawsville, Annie and Alfred Smith, Christiansburg, Cora Bandy, Roanoke; sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Gertrude Eanes, West Minister, Md., Fred and Claudy Eanes, Elliston, Jack and Darcas Eanes, Salem, Dorothy Eanes, Elliston; one brother, Cliff Womack, Shawsville; 32 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, at the Shawsville Congregational Holiness Church with the Rev. Richard Kingrea officiating. Interment in church cemetery. LIPSCOMB, Blanche Bailey, 91, of Hardy, died Saturday, March 11, 1995. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert T. Lipscomb. Surviving is her husband, George Henry Lipscomb Sr.; two sons and daughter-in-laws, George H. Jr. and Edith Lipscomb, Donald C. and Claudine, all of Vinton; one sister, Ruby Brightwell, Cleveland, Ohio; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 14, at noon at the Lotz Vinton Chapel with the Rev. Burrel Baker and the Rev. Clay Peters officiating. Interment will be in Mt. View Cemetery, Vinton. MACKENHIMER, Jay Hugh Sr., 53, of Route 3, Rocky Mount, died Saturday, March 11, 1995. He is survived by three daughters, Miss Cynthia Mackenhimer, Lynchburg, Ms. Wendy Muse, Rocky Mount, Miss Stephanie Mackenhimer, Spencer; one son, Jay Hugh Mackenhimer Jr., Callaway; mother, Mrs. Lillian Mackenhimer, of the home; four sisters, Mrs. Barbara M. Kirby, Roanoke, Miss Arlene Mackenhimer, Gretna, Mrs. Shirley Williamson, of the home, Mrs. Betty Cooke, Rocky Mount; two grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Truevine Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Wayne Watkins officiating. ROLLEY, Marie Hurd, 81, of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, March 11, 1995. Mrs. Rolley was preceded in death by her daughter, Diane R. Wheeling and her granddaughter, Stacey J. Rolley, and was the widow of Frank B. Rolley. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard A. and Patricia T. Rolley, Boones Mill; also five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. SMITH, Jesse Roy (Little Roy), 76, of Wirtz, died Sunday, March 12, 1995 at Franklin Health Care Center. He was born July 18, 1918, and was the son of the late Euber Jacob and Vinnie Sink Smith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from M W manufacturers. Surviving are his wife, Dessie Marie Smith of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Roy W. and Sandra S. Smith, of Rocky Mount, Donald and Deloris Smith, of Roanoke; three daughters and sons-in-laws, Virginia and Jimmy Hogan, of Rocky Mount, Patsy and L.T. Montgomery, of Vinton, Becky and Tommy Wade, of Rocky Mount; three brothers, Allen Smith, of Roanoke, Euber (Joe) Smith, of Rocky Mount, Dan Smith, of Florida; two sisters, Mary Dillon, of Florida, Mae Hudson, of Vinton; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, 1995 at Lynch Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joe Dillon officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in the West-Terry Family Cemetery, Floyd Co. with the Rev. Ken Butterworth officiating.
