FINN, Elbert Early, 69, of 5143 Overland Road, Apt.1, Roanoke, formerly of Pulaski, Va., passed away Saturday, March 25, 1995, at his home. Born February 15, 1926 in Pulaski Co., Va., he was the son of the late Curtis Early Finn and Hattie Susan Dalton Finn. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Josephine Hurst and Mozelle Talbert, and a son, David Wayne Finn. He was a member of the Garden City Baptist Church, Roanoke, and a former member of the Shiloh Christian Church, Shiloh, Va. He was Founder, Owner and Operator of L & E T.V. Service, Roanoke, Va. Surviving are one son, Michael Lee Finn, Lexington, N.C.; three sisters, Susan Finn, Pulaski, Mrs. Sam (Pearl) Talbert, Pulaski, and Bessie O'Dell, Hiwassee. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, with Pastor Craig Saltzer officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery. GOODE, Dennis F., 74, of St. Petersburg, Fla. and formerly of Vinton, died Saturday, March 25, 1995 at St. Anthony's Hospital. Born in Tams, W.Va., he lived most of his life in Vinton, Va., moving to St. Petersburg in 1971. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corp. and a professional sales representative. He culminated his career representing Del Monte Canned Foods. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Frances; a son and a daughter-in-law, Ross and Shirley Goode; and granchildren, Russell and Stephanie, all of Memphis, Tenn.; his brothers, Otto Goode, Vinton, Archie Goode, Roanoke, Arnold Goode, Thousand Oaks, Calif.; and his sisters Bertie Cook, Gertrude Smith, and Dorothy Kelch, all of Vinton. GRAYBILL, Gracie Mae Cornett, 69, of Vinton, died Saturday, March 25, 1995. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Emory Graybill Sr. and is survived by her sons, Willie E. Graybill, Fitzgerald, Ga., Marvin Patrick Graybill and Tommy Lee Wiley, both of Roanoke; daughters, Linda Darlene Weeks, Goodview, Jacqueline Marie Ferguson, Roanoke; sisters, Bertha Lavin, Chicago, Ill., Virginia Calhoon of Maryland and Alice Halton of Kentucky; brothers, Bill Cornett, Vinton and Gene Cornett of Maryland; daughters and sons-in-law, sisters and brothers-in-law; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. HANEY, Ralph Woodrow, 79, o f Dublin, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 1995 at Radford Community Hospital. He was a retired employee of Hercules with 40 years of service. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Dublin Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one son, Richard M. Haney and one sister, Ruth Bean. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Meredith Haney of Dublin; one son, Ralph W. Haney Jr. of Dublin; two sisters, Mrs. Madge Marucci of New Jersey, and Mrs. Elva Haney of Charlottesville; five brothers, Cecil Haney of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Dale Haney of Norfolk, Winford Haney of Charlottesville, Edsel Haney of Greensboro, N.C., and Benji Haney of Quinque. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 28, 1995 at 11 a.m. at the Dublin Baptist Church in Dublin with Dr. Charles Taylor officiating.
