MONTGOMERY TAX HEARINGS

The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors will hold two public hearings today on the proposed 1995-96 budget and tax increase.

The first hearing, on the $69 million budget, will begin at 7 p.m. The second hearing, on the proposed 5-cent increase in the real estate tax rate, begins at 7:30 p.m.

The hearings will be held in the auditorium of Christiansburg High School at 1200 Independence Blvd., reached off North Franklin Street.
