Radford police found Gene Andre Terreyil Robinson at his home on 222 Allen Ave. in Radford.
Lt. Wayne Frye, an officer involved with the six-month undercover investigation, said police had been checking Robinson's home for several days.
"We'd heard rumors that he might be home, so we decided to check there this afternoon," Frye said. "We more or less were lucky he was there."
Robinson faces the most charges of those indicted in the wake of the investigation.
On March 20, a Radford grand jury handed down 28 indictments, all for felony distribution of crack cocaine.
Frye said three of those indicted have not been arrested.
"On a couple of the cases, we're already looking out of state for the suspects," he said.
