CHICKEN ROLL-UP FROM CHRISTIANSBURG SENIOR|

Here's another Christiansburg Senior Center recipe for your culinary enjoyment: Blanche Yates' CHICKEN ROLL-UP is quick and easy, and all the ingredients are right off the supermarket shelf:

2 cans crescent rolls

2 cans of white chicken meat, packed in water (drained)

2 cans of cream of chicken soup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Separate the crescent rolls and fill with chicken. Roll the meat into the rolls (with the tops of the rolls pointing down), and place them in an ovenproof dish or pan deep enough to hold some liquid.

Pour both cans of soup into a saucepan, add 11/2 soup cans of milk, warm and stir. Pour the warmed mixture over the rolls. (They will be swimming in the soup, Yates reports.) Bake for 35 minutes.
