Self-published authors Linda Coffee and Emily Cale's recipes aren't for everyone - only people with too little time to cook, too little money to eat out at every meal or people who, for whatever reason, don't feel like cooking, but have to anyway.
Coffee and Cale's books' biggest appeal is that all recipes contain only four ingredients or fewer, most of them convenience products. Obviously, they're not promising gourmet-grade grub, although there are a few semi-fancy surprises, such as a cheesy squash dressing or the following fish recipe. However, for the target audience they seek to serve in both "The Four Ingredient Cookbook" and "More of the Four Ingredient Cookbook," Coffee and Cale do an effective job.
