Because of an editorial assistant's error, information on kindergarten registration at Bethel Elementary School was incorrect. Registration will occur Tuesday through Friday, April 18-21, from 9 a.m-3 p.m. Additional hours will be held on Thursday, April 20, 5:30-8 p.m. Parents should bring their child's official birth certificate and Social Security card. Orientation will be held in May.

The open practice at New River Valley Speedway will be held today. Because of an editing error, the wrong date was give in Wednesday's New River Current.
