FOR THE RECORD
Because of a reporter's error, a quote was wrongly attributed to Dennis
Frith in a March 30 story about the Montgomery County budget and tax-rate
public hearing. In fact, it was Harold Gudley of the Stroubles Creek area who
used the bright green roofs on the new Kipps Elementary School as symbols of
excessive governemnt spending.
