DOCTOR BUYS OFFICE ON FRANKLIN ROAD

Dr. Kevin R. Dye has bought property at Franklin Road and Albemarle Avenue in Southwest Roanoke for his medical offices. The purchase price was $182,500.

Dye, a physician specializing in gastroenterology, plans to remodel the building before moving from his present office on Mountain Avenue. The one-story, brick building had been vacant for two years, since Rehabilitation Services of Roanoke moved to Jefferson Street and Williamson Road.

The property contains 2,340 square feet, is about 40 years old and formerly was owned by Charles and Markeata Daniels of North Carolina. The transaction was brokered by Tom Turner and Ed Hall of Hall Associates Inc. in Roanoke.
