FOUR ROANOKE CATHOLIC LOWER SCHOOL students have been named first-place winners in the Junior American Citizens ``Waterways Impact America'' contest: Jacob Musyt, who wrote a short story, Michele Bezy, who designed a stamp, and Zak Kephart and Jack Rattenbury, who made posters.
The contest entries covered issues of conservation and ecology from early history to the present and reflected an interest in the history and heritage of the United States, a central theme in the JAC program sponsored by the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
BENJAMIN JOHN LUEDKE, Roanoke has been named to the dean's list for the 1994 fall semester at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla.
