Tupperware dealer signs lease for office

All Star Party Sales, a Tupperware dealer, has signed a multiyear lease for office space at Valley Court near the Roanoke Regional Airport. The company will relocate in May from the Blue Ridge Park for Industry because widening and extension of Peters Creek Road will bisect the industrial park.

The business is owned by Denise and Steve Pully, who said it will have larger offices and meeting rooms.

Michael M. Waldvogel of Waldvogel, Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group Inc., is leasing and management agent for Valley Court. He negotiated the lease on behalf of the property owner, Abmar Valley Court L.P. Waldvogel said other leases are pending at Valley Court and discussions are under way with tenants regarding their expansion.
