JOHNSON FALLS ILL DURING PERFORMANCE

``Cookin' Cheap's'' Laban Johnson caused concern Saturday night when he dropped to the stage floor during the Showtimers' performance of ``Little Mary Sunshine."

Bob Willis of Fincastle, who was in the audience, said the scene ended soon after and the curtains closed with Johnson seated on the stage.

A rescue squad was called, but Johnson was feeling better by the time it arrived, fellow actor Sam R. Good said. Johnson was taken home by a friend to rest, he added.
