MISSING PILOT'S BODY SOUGHT

The pilot of a small helicopter that crashed into the Chickahominy River was still missing Tuesday, and state police were dragging the river searching for his body.

David A. Hawley, 48, had owned the R-22 model Robinson helicopter for less than a month, a spokesperson for the Federal Aviation Administration said.

Hawley's wife, Carol, the only passenger, was rescued by boat after the crash Monday as she attempted to swim ashore, authorities said.
