GM recalling 1995 Blazers and Jimmys
DETROIT - General Motors Corp. said Sunday it is voluntarily recalling 111,000 1995-model Chevrolet Blazers and GMC Jimmys to modify a fuel tank cover that leaked in one crash test.
The November test by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration found that the tank could leak after a 35-mph crash into a barrier. That speed exceeds federal crash standards.
