ARRESTS MADE IN BURNING OF CABOOSE

Police have arrested three juveniles and one Blacksburg man in connection with burning the Turner Street Park railroad caboose last year.

Anthony David Caldwell, 20, and four teen-age boys were charged with arson last week after police received an anonymous tip, according to a news release.

The caboose, a long-time town landmark, was destroyed by fire early Nov. 13, 1994. It cost $8,900 to replace.
