The scholarship, worth $2,000, is based on athletic, academic and leadership skills. Ingram is an economics and business major with a 3.7 grade-point average. He co-captained the Keydets wrestling team the past two years and won the 150-pound division at the conference championships.
Ingram is a two-time second-team Academic All-American and will be commissioned as a lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force upon graduation and will be stationed at one of four Air Force bases, allowing him to pursue a graduate degree in business at Florida State, South Florida or William and Mary.

Junior right fielder/catcher Justin Counts of Virginia was chosen second-team All-ACC in baseball.
Counts started all 55 games this season and finished with a team-best .327 batting average. He also led the Cavaliers with 40 RBI, 16 doubles, six home runs and 104 stolen bases. Virginia finished 26-29 overall and 8-15 in the conference.
