SINGERS SOUGHT FOR MUSIC FOR AMERICANS

Singers are sought for the community chorus that will sing on July 4 in Victory Stadium for the 16th annual Music for Americans patriotic program. The event is sponsored by the Roanoke Times & World-News and often attracts 30,000 people. Volunteer singers register by calling Ginger Smith at 981-3454 or (800) 346-1234, ext. 254. Practices are Thursday and June 8, 27, 29 and July 3 in Antrim Chapel of Roanoke College in Salem beginning at 7:30 p.m.
