RAINBOW RIDERS OFFERING SUMMER PROGRAM FOR KIDS

Rainbow Riders is offering a summer program for children entering fourth through sixth grade.

The program, housed in Kipps Elementary School, will include environmental studies, art projects, theater activities and computer projects. Horseback riding, hiking and swimming will also keep children busy.

Faculty from Virginia Tech and Blacksburg Middle School will join the camp counselors for special projects, including a two-week program on the wonders of water.

The program runs from June 12 through Aug. 25, 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, call 951-3636.
