Greg Joliat, Cresco, Penn., took home $1,500 for best in show. His acrylic and pastel painting on paper titled ``On the Edge'' earned the top prize. The award is sponsored by The Cartledge Foundation.
Second prize went to Sallie Rabe, Lynchburg, for ``Noon,'' an oil on canvas. Rabe won $1,000, which was sponsored by Carilion Health Systems.
Ned P. Johnson of Marion took third prize, $550 sponsored by Appalachian Power Company, for ``P 40,'' a woodburning and paint on wood.
Fourth prize was awarded to Susan Bidwell of Huddleston for her photography booth.
