The leader of a team that won its second consecutive Group A title and third in four years. Won Bob McLelland Invitational, Pioneer District and Region C titles. Finished fourth in Group A tournament.

VICTOR GARCIA, Cave Spring, senior

Exchange student from Spain who sparked Knights to third place in Group AAA tournament by shooting 74-75-149, which tied him for third individually.

JASON ORLANDO, Northside, sophomore

Won Blue Ridge District regular-season title by shooting 65 in final round to finish with six-round total of 434 (72.3 average). Took district tournament medalist honors with a 72.

BRIAN AGEE, Northside, senior

Finished second in Blue Ridge regular-season tournament (437 total) and district tournament with a 74.

MARK SWEENEY, Lord Botetourt, senior

Finished third in Blue Ridge regular-season tournament (445 total) and tied for third in district tournament with a 76. Shot 73 in Region III tournament to qualify for Group AA tournament.

MARK BALDWIN, Patrick Henry, senior

Won Roanoke Valley District regular-season tournament by shooting 384 for five rounds. Finished second in district tournament with a 73.

BRANDON LaCROIX, North Cross, freshman

Just the beginning for this youngster. He won the Virginia Independent Conference regular-season and tournament titles in leading the Raiders to team championships.

RAY HARRELL, Glenvar, senior

Unbeaten in Pioneer District regular-season matches, finished third in district tournament and fifth in Region C. Shot 77-77-154 in Group A tournament to help Highlanders win title.

DOUG KENNEY, Cave Spring, junior

Along with Garcia, helped spark Knights' late-season run in which they finished second in Northwest Region and third in Group AAA tournament.
