ARDELL STONE STUDENTS GET AWARDS

The annual recital by students of the Ardell Stone School of Dancing will be at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Roanoke Civic Center auditorium.

Receiving 12-year awards at the recital are Heather Krause and Emmy Spencer. Receiving 10-year awards are Paisley Bowles, Kelly Henderson, Holly Hurt, Meghan Kelly, Diane Newman, Carrie Shelton, Lee Ann Thornton and Heather Unroe.

Five-year awards will go to Katie Andrews, Catherine Boatwright, Kristen Brown, Jennifer Chilman, Brooke Frost, Morgan Gabor, Laura Garst, Maryglenn Gust, Brittany Lower, Ainsley Marsh, Claiborne Marshall, Kendal Martin, Lindsey Miller, Genevieve Morris, Annie Nash, Megan Puckett, Jessica Pettrey, Lindsay Seiler, Jayme Shepherd, Shannon Stanger, Lauren Stockburger, Danielle Strickland, Alexandra Thacker, Elizabeth Weatherington, Charlotte Williams, Julie Wilsie and Sara Young.
