CRAIG HIGH SET TO BEGIN BLOCK SCHEDULING

Block scheduling is on track to begin in the fall at Craig County High School, Superintendent Dallas Helems told the county School Board last week.

Helems said the transition from a traditional seven-class school day to a four-class school day is proceeding as planned. He said the board could reverse course on the move as late as next month if problems arise.

In other business, the board rescheduled it's next monthly meeting from July 4 to July 5. The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the high school auditorium.
