If you are, then the Radford Community Hospital's 10th Annual Pedal, Paddle, Splash and Dash Quadrathalon is an event you may want to enter.
Actually, it is four events: a half-mile swim, a 13.5-mile bike ride, a 5.3-mile run and a 2-mile canoe trek.
The quadrathalon is July 8. It begins at 7:30 a.m. in Bisset Park in Radford.
There are four divisions: individual, mixed pairs, male pairs and four-person teams. The entry fee is $15 for individuals, $30 for pairs and $40 for teams. The entry deadline is Friday.

TRACK REPORT: Pulaski tied for first and Christiansburg's COTY HURLEY won three events in the Southwest District Hershey's Youth Track Meet last week at Pulaski County High School.
Host Pulaski tied with Galax and Roanoke, winning 20 ribbons for first-, second- or third-place finishes. Christiansburg and defending regional champ Bristol tied for fourth, each with 15 ribbons.
Hurley won the standing long jump and the 50- and 100-meter dashes in the boys' 9-10 age group. He was one of 11 individuals who qualified for the upcoming state meet by finishing first or second in their events.
Pulaski got strong performances from JUANITA FORD and JOSELYN TRAVIS in the11-12 girls' age group. Ford won the 100- and 200-meter events and placed second in the standing long jump. Travis won the standing long jump and was second in the 100 and 200.
Also winning for Pulaski was DUSTIN KING, who won the 200-meter race in the 9-10 boys' age group and participated in the 9-10 boys' 400-meter relay team. RAY McCLANAHAN placed second in the100-meter event in the 9-10 boys' age group and MARCUS TRAVIS finished second in the 400-meter race in 11-12 boys' age group.
Other winners from Christiansburg included JAIRUS KIRBY in the softball throw and the 100-meter race in the 11-12 boys' group, MAURICE LEE in the 800-meter race in the 13-14 boys' age group, and the 11-12 girls' and 13-14 boys' 400-meter relay teams.
Finishing second for Christiansburg were the 9-10 boys' and 11-12 boys' 400-meter relay teams, ERVIN WHITE in the 11-12 boys' age group 200-meter race, KATRINA PENNINGTON in the 11-12 girls' softball throw and Lee in the 13-14 boys' standing long jump.
Every Thursday at 7 p.m. this summer, track fans should run to Blacksburg High School for an all-comers track meet.
Events range from 100 to 3200 meters, and there are three different distances each week. Participants will be divided by age groups.

SWIMMING ALONG: Thirty-two area swimmers from the Southwest Aquatic Team traveled to Kingsport, Tenn., for the Holsten Valley Hospital Sullivan Center 1995 Invitational.
Three swimmers came home from the meet as champions. DANNY DARVALICS won in the boys' 8-and-under 50- and 100-meter breaststroke and set SWAT long-course records. KAREN MANNING won in the women's senior category, setting a team record in the 100-meter individual medley. And GRAHAM GRAVLEY won the men's senior category, setting a team record in the 100-meter butterfly event.
Also placing in boys' 10-and-under events were GRANT THROCKMORTON and TOMMY EVANS. Overall, they were second and third, respectively.
Evans set team long-course records in the 50- and 100-meter butterfly events. And COLE THROCKMORTON set a record for the boys' 11-12 age group in the 50-meter breaststroke.
The Blacksburg Sunfish captured its first meet of the summer season, winning a four-team outing in Roanoke. Using its depth, particularly in 13-14 girls' age group, the Sunfish scored 1,000 points, easily outdistancing host Hunting Hills' 650. Lady of Nazareth had 359 and Read Mountain 198.
Two Sunfish set team records: PAUL MOORE, in the boys' 7-8 age group 25-meter breaststroke, with a time of 22.12 seconds, and EUNICE KIM, in the girls' 11-12 age group 50-meter breaststroke, with a time of 41.42 seconds.
Eight swimmers won two events. In the Gold Division, the double winners were TOMMY EVANS in the 100-meter freestyle and 50-meter breaststroke in the boys' 9-10 age group, Moore in the 50-meter freestyle and the 25-meter breaststroke in the boys' 7-8 age group, and Kim in the 100-meter freestyle and 50-meter breaststroke events in the girls' 11-12 age group.
In the Silver Division, there were four two-time winners: GENNY EVANS in the 100-meter freestyle and the 50-meter breaststroke in the girls' 15-16 age group, ANDREW DORSEY in the 100-meter freestyle and the 50-meter breaststroke in the boys' 15-16 age group, KEVIN MILLER in the 100-meter freestyle and 50-meter breaststroke in the men's 19-24 age group, and KATHY TERLESKY in the 100-meter freestyle and the 50-meter breaststroke in the women's 25-39 age group.
The only double winner in the Bronze Division was SUSAN ERIKSSON, from the women's 40-and-older age group, in the 100-meter freestyle and the 50-meter breaststroke events.

The Firecracker Round Robin Doubles tournament begins Saturday at 10 a.m. at Pulaski County High School. The field is limited to 12 teams. The cost is $10 per team plus one new can of balls. The deadline to enter is Friday at 6 p.m.
The annual Pulaski Junior Open is July 26-29. There will be competition in boys' and girls' 10-and-under, 12-and-under, 14-and-under and 17-and-under age groups. The cost is $5 plus a new can of balls for each category entered. The entry deadline is July 24 at 6 p.m.
And the annual Southwest Times Tennis Tournament is July 31-Aug. 6. Championships will be held in Men's A and B singles and doubles and Women's A and B singles and doubles categories. The entry fee is $5 for singles and $10 for doubles, plus a new can of balls. The entry deadline is July 29 at 6 p.m.
BATTED BALL REPORT: The Reds have set the pace in the early going in the Pulaski Dixie Ponytails (girls' 12-and-under) Softball League.
The Reds, unbeaten after seven games, have already knocked off the defending champion, the A's, 6-0.
ERIN FRIEND went 2-for-3 with a home run while CHERISH WILLIAMS was 2-for-3 with a triple. Also helping the offense were STEPHANIE WEBB, ASHLEY KING and ALISHA LAWRENCE, as all went 2-for-2.
JESSICA WALKER and Webb combined to pitch the shutout.
