ROANOKER MISSES CUT

Billy King was 10 strokes better Friday than he was Thursday at the Senior U.S. Open.

But the Blue Hills head professional still missed the cut by 10 strokes at Congressional Country Club. His 75 on Friday coupled with his 85 on Thursday gave him a 16-over-par 160. The cut was 6-over-par 150.

King's playing partners - Doug Dalziel and David Rovick - also missed the cut Friday.

King, 52, also carded a 160 and missed the cut in last year's Senior U.S. Open at Pinehurst, N.C.
