Radford grabbed the lead in his Chrysler LeBaron and held off challenges from Steve Lynch and Dudley Lawhorn.
There were two caution flags in the race. Dennis Gardner spun on the second lap and caused a four-car wreck. On lap 21, Lowe Smith tapped Lynch, sending both cars out of the race.

The Pure Stock race ended in controversy after Jay Perry finished first, just ahead of Dean Cannaday, who hit Perry on the last lap. After the race, security was summoned to the infield to stem an altercation. Both drivers were placed on probation for four races, promoter Whitey Taylor said.
Cannaday blew an engine in practice, but changed engines and started in the rear. He came through the field to push Perry.
Tommy Dooley was third.
In the Street Stock division, Mike Elkin won his eighth race of the season. Mike Dudley was second and David Smith placed third.
Steve Lam edged Chris Martin in the 25-lap Mini Stock race.
Bobby Davis of Rocky Mount got his second victory of the season in the Rookie division after winner Steve Dalton was disqualified. Ricky Ferguson was second.
Chris Hatchett of Union Hall won the Truck Division. Bedford's Tommy Hall won the Any Car division.
Racing and fireworks return to Franklin County Speedway on Tuesday. Gates open at 2 p.m., racing begins at 6 p.m., with a fireworks display set for 9:30 p.m. Admission is $5, with children younger than 10 admitted free.
