Burt Reynolds is being sued by the William Morris Agency, which claims the actor owes $140,000 in commissions. According to a lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles, the agency says Reynolds, 59, has defaulted on an agreement to pony up $5,850 a month.

Aretha Franklin owes a fortune to Saks Fifth Avenue after a freewheeling shopping expedition, the department store says. The Queen of Soul allegedly racked up nearly $263,000 in unpaid bills, and the store is suing to collect.

Ike Turner's new leading lady is Jeanette Bazzell. Ike, Tina Turner's ex, tied the knot with Bazzell at the Circus Circus Casino in San Marcos, Calif. The couple met in 1988, the year the film version of Tina's book, ``What's Love Got to Do With It,'' portrayed Ike as a womanizing Svengali who beat her and abused drugs. Now Ike's got his own book, ``Takin' Back My Name,'' due out in September. Bazzell, 32, who will use the Turner name, translates: ``He's taking it from Tina and giving it to me.''
