FBI: 2 HURT IN ACCIDENTAL SHOOTING

Two FBI special agent trainees were wounded Friday when they were struck by a bullet that accidentally discharged from a gun at the FBI Academy, officials said.

An FBI employee in Washington, D.C., said both trainees underwent surgery at Washington-area hospitals. One was listed in critical condition, the other in stable condition.

The FBI said it was investigating the incident.

No other details were immediately available.
