The Associated Press reported an incorrect figure in a story about Alzheimer's disease Tuesday. The correct figure is that about one in every 17, or 212,000 people of the estimated 3.6 million people who have sporadic Alzheimer's disease, carry a combination of two genes that indicate a risk for the illness.

Clarification

Engineering Design Systems Inc. of Roanoke has been certified by Autodesk Inc., a national supplier of computer-aided design software, as a service center to the architectural, engineering and construction industries The company has been a dealer of Autodesk products for about eight years. An item on Wednesday's Business page understated the recent designation.
