``Thank Heaven for Little Boys''
Bryce Tyler Booker, weighing 9 lbs. 0 oz. and 20 3/4 inches long, was born at Community Hospital on June 20, 1995, at 9:09 p.m. His parents are Howard and Jessamyn Booker. Maternal grandparents are Mike and Sally Beachy of Roanoke. Paternal grandmother is Rosa Booker of Roanoke. The attending physician was Dr. Donna Musgrave. A special ``thank you'' to L and D nurses Sheila, Carol, and Kim, and to all of the 7th floor nurses. We also thank our family and friends for their prayers and support. Above all, we ``thank'' Our Lord for blessing us with our little miracle!

Gabrielle Maria Gatzke was born June 12, 1995, at 6:06 p.m. at Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley. She weighed 8 lbs. 11 oz. and was 21 1/4 inches long. Her parents are Randal and Gabrielle Gatzke. Siblings are Alayne age 7, Glenn age 5, Keith age 4 and Mark age 15 months. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Surat of Roanoke and Mr. Gordon Gatzke of Buena Vista and the late Mrs. Evelyn Gatzke.

Paige Leeann Kapus was born March 8, 1995 at 9:02 a.m. in Fair-Oaks Hospital, Fairfax. She weighed 7 lbs. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Her proud parents are Pat and Lisa Kapus of Fairfax. Grandparents are Buck and Linda Moore of Roanoke, Va. and Agnes Kapus of Arlington, Va. Her great-grandmother is Fannie Austin of Roanoke, Va.
\ McIlhany birth
Kent H., II and Terry B. McIlhany proudly announce the birth of their beautiful daughter, Victoria Lynne, born May 13, 1995, at 8:16 a.m., at Lewis-Gale Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 11 ozs. and was 20 1/2 inches long. She has a half sister, Holly, who is 13. Her maternal grandparents are Brenda B. Dowdy and A. L. Black, Jr., both of Roanoke. Her paternal grandparents are Peggy H. McIlhany of Roanoke and the late Kent H. McIlhany. Thanks to both the L&D and O.B staff for their care and concern. Special thanks to Dr. George Maxymiv for excellent prenatal care and a safe delivery. We thank God for our most precious gift.

Christopher & Karen Russ announce the birth of their daughter, Victoria Sanderson, born May 27, 1995 at Lewis Gale Hospital at 10:43 pm. She weighed 7 lbs. 1/2 oz. and was 20'' long. Maternal grandparents are John & Vicky Heslep of Forest & paternal grandparents are Bob & Judy Russ of Vinton. Attending physician was Dr. Clapp. Special thanks to Aunt Mary for all her help & Dr. Maxymiv & Sara Hatcher for 9 mos. of special care.
