2ND LT. THOMAS S. PAGE, son of Brenda R. Page of 2602 Guilford Ave., has graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. and was commissioned to his present rank in the Marine Corps.

SPEC. TODD S. ADAMS, son of Larry S. Adams of 438 Arajona Drive, Vinton, has received the Expert Infantryman Badge, the Army's highest non-combat proficiency award for infantrymen.

Adams, a 1992 graduate of William Byrd High School is stationed at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, N.C.

PVT. GARY W. CARTER, son of Danny Carter of 3325 Ridgerun Drive, N.E. and Brenda Lee of Harrisonburg, has completed National Guard training at Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga.
