Wilson-Lineberry
Christina Che Lineberry and Jeffrey Lynn Wilson were united in marriage August 19, 1995 in a double ring, candlelight ceremony at Colonial Avenue Baptist Church. Dr. R. Quigg Lawrence was the officiating clergyman. The bride was escorted by her father, John Fuller, and given in marriage by her parents.
The bride's gown was an elegant sheath of ivory (bridal satin). Lace, white pearls, and sequins adorned the bodice and hem. The Sabrina neckline, long sleeves and triple pearl strands across the back, ornate, detachable, scalloped semi-cathedral train and back bow with a rosette gave the gown an aura of sophistication. Her veil was a wreath of Venise lace, pearls, and sequins, a double pouf and double veil to the waist, accented with scattered pearls. The bride carried a cascading bouquet of burgundy and ivory silk roses.
Kristen Goff was the matron of honor, and Leigh Lucas was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Sandy Proffitt, Mindy McPeak, and Christine Campos. All are close friends of the bride.
Marshall Wilson, father of the groom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Rick Wilson, brother of the groom, Dale Crotts, Woody Woodward, and Bart Brantley.
Marsha Rudd, sister of the groom, was the guestbook attendant. Todd Wilson and Shane Rudd, nephews of the groom, were program attendants. The soloist and organist was Michael Brown.
A lovely reception was held at Hidden Valley Country Club following the wedding.
