A BRIDGE WITH NO NAME

The pedestrian bridge connecting the Hotel Roanoke with the City Market opens today. But so far, it's a bridge with no name. We could just call it "the pedestrian bridge," but that's so. well, pedestrian. What do you think?

Call Infoline by midnight Thursday to cast your vote and leave your comments and suggested names. Press category #7860.

#1. Of course, it should have a name. Everything should have a name. Even hamsters have names. Now whether we name this bridge after a person or give it some funky name thought up by a public relations wizard, that's a different matter altogether.

#2. Name, scmame. It's a bridge. It's infrastructure. It's metal and glass. Who cares whether it has a name?
