A story Wednesday incorrectly said that Roanoke police are investigating the beating of a man who was visiting a grave at St. Andrews Cemetery. The man was robbed by an assailant carrying a metal pipe, but was not beaten.

A graphic in Wednesday's newspaper gave an incorrect date for the opening of the pedestrian bridge in downtown Roanoke. The bridge opens today at 9:30 a.m.

The recipe for Teriyaki Gardenburgers was inadvertently left out of Wednesday's food section. The recipe will appear next Wednesday.
