Cameron Wayne Green was born at Lewis Gale Hospital on August 21, 1995, at 12:29 p.m. He weighed 6 lbs. 4 1/2 oz. and was 20 inches long. His parents are Mike and Terri Green. Maternal grandparents are Wayne and Phyllis Sledd of Salem. Paternal grandparents are Cletus and Sarah Green of Salem. Aunts and uncles are Sherri Sledd, Karen and Dennis Cook of Roanoke and Mark Green of Salem. Maternal great-grandmother is Kathleen Sledd of Roanoke. Special thanks to Dr. Laura Moylan, attending physician, Dr. Debra Clapp and her staff, Tonya, Debbie, Sandra, Irene, Gloria, and all of the other nurses and staff of Labor and Delivery, and the nursery at Lewis Gale Hospital for their assistance and outstanding service. Parents are Susan and Richie Pence of Salem. Maternal grandparents are Mr. W.G. Richardson and the late Dorothy Horne Richardson of Salem. Paternal grandparents are Mrs. E. Cabell Brand of Salem and Mr. Richard F. Pence of Roanoke. Paternal great-grandmother is Mrs. S.S.. Hurt of Greensboro, N.C.
