Lucas finished with seven rebounds and four steals, while junior Suzanne Webb had 10 points and Amanda Clemons grabbed 10 rebounds.
Whitney Matlock sank a 3-pointer from 25 feet to end a 9-0 run by Giles (0-1) in the final 1:30 of the third quarter, giving the Green Wave a one-point lead.
Narrows (2-0) opened the fourth quarter with a 9-0 run of its own and never looked back.
Keeli Whetzel led Giles with nine points.
Shawsville 54, Rocky Gap 44: At Shawsville, the Shawnees led 40-18 at the half and escaped an Eagle second-half come-back that featured five three-pointers to seal a non-district girls' basketball contest over Rocky Gap.
Shawsville, which used full court pressure and several Eagle turnovers to build their 12 point halftime lead, was led by Sarah Hagood's 20 points. Hagood also grabbed 13 rebounds and had five steals. Beth Burdette added ten points, nine rebounds, and four steals.
Michelle Sarver led Rocky Gap with a team-high 16 points, including four three-pointers in the second half. Amanda Clark added 11 points for the Eagles.
Auburn 92, Bland 38: Crystal Moles had 30 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Eagles to a non-district rout of the Rockets in Riner.
Moles had half her points in the fourth quarter, when Auburn (1-1) outscored Bland 33-11 to complete the lopsided victory. Susan Wirt added 15 points for the Eagles, who placed five players in double figures. Anna Smith had five steals and 13 assists to fuel the Auburn offense.
Bland (0-2) got a team-high 14 points from Rae Romano.
Northside 49, Christiansburg 31: Junior Amy Heath scored a game-high 14 points as Northside to its first win of the season, a non-district win over Christiansburg at Northside.
Heath scored nine of her points in the second half after the Vikings (1-3) had taken a 13-point halftime lead. Crystal Barrett added 10 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for Northside.
Christiansburg (2-2) was led by Kristin Habeeb and Lisa Dalton, who scored eight points each.
Liberty 50, William Campbell 33: In Naruna, Liberty took advantage of a 25-11 halftime lead as the Minettes blew away host William Campbell in a Seminole District game Tuesday night.
Kellea Whorley led Liberty (1-1) with 13 points and six assists.
Sue Cowlbeck chipped in 11 points and grabbed ten rebounds to aid the winning cause.
Heather Neighbor led the Generals (0-2), as she scored 12 points, including two three-pointers, to lead William Campbell.
Fieldale-Collinsville 66, Patrick County 62: Yvonne Hall and Jennifer Witt helped Fieldale-Collinsville turn up the tempo in the fourth quarter and lead the Cavaliers past Patrick County 66-62 in a Piedmont District matchup.
Fieldale-Collinsville trailed by nine when it went to a pressing defense in the final period.
Witt hit two three-pointers to get within one and Hall scored nine of her game-high 22 points in the next few minutes. Hall also had five steals.
T.J. Hayes added 10 points and eight rebounds for the Cavaliers (1-0, 2-2).
Amy Nelson led the Cougars (0-1, 1-3) with 17.
Rural Retreat 58, George Wythe 45: At Rural Retreat, freshman Kristie Osborne helped the Indians get off to a fast start and beat the Maroons in a non-district game.
Osborne finished with a game-high 16 points, as Rural Retreat (1-0, 1-0) bolted to a nine-point halftime lead and was never headed.
Lisa Garland had 14 points for George Wythe (1-1, 0-1) and Megan Johnson had 12.
Martinsville 67, Gretna 46: In Martinsville, The Bulldogs jumped out to a 19-5 first quarter lead, and never looked back as Martinsville blew out Gretna in the district opener for both teams.
The Hawks (1-3, 0-1) managed a small comeback in the second quarter, behind Kristy Cruise's nine points in the period. The Bulldogs (3-1, 1-0) stopped Gretna's attempt by out scoring the Hakws in the final two quarters, in route to their third win of the year.
Martinsville was led by Keshia Mitchell's 16 points, four assists, and seven steals. Tresita Holland added nine points, seven assists, and four steals in the victory.
Cruise finished the night with a game-high 25 points for Gretna and Laura Anderson added eight.
Laurel Park 52, Chatham 31: At Martinsville, Isis Paddyfote had 13 points and Tonya Martin added 10 as the Lancers opened the season with a Piedmont District win.
Claudia White scored a game-high 16 points for Chatham (0-1).
Riverheads 57, Bath County 44: At Meadowbrook, poor second and third quarters doomed Bath County in a non-district game.
Bath County (1-1) was outscored 26-10 in the middle quarters and never recovered. Katie Hardbarger led the Chargers with 14 points and five rebounds.
Riverheads (1-1) got 13 points from Kara Hughes and 12 points from Katie Price.
