LAKE AREA TALENT SHOW SET

The Smith Mountain Arts Council Lakeside Players will hold the second annual lake area talent show, ``Showboat,'' on Nov. 11, 7:30 p.m., at Dudley Elementary School, on Virginia 834, Wirtz.

Lake area residents with amateur talent in singing, dancing, comedy, playing an instrument, bands, acrobatics, acting, readings, etc., are invited to audition for this noncompetitive show.

Auditions will be held Oct. 15, 3-6 p.m., in the fellowship hall of the Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Virginia 112, Moneta.

Auditions will be heard on a first-come-first-serve basis. Auditioners should bring their own electronic and other required equipment.
