ALICE PRATHER, Roanoke-area manager of the New York-based Credit Card Software Systems Inc., has earned national recognition as the leading sales producer for the past year with $26 million in annual processed volume. Credit Card Software is a licensed merchant services provider with Visa and MasterCard.

ROBERT BYE, a Roanoke agent with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., is the recipient of the Emerald sales award for sales of more than $7 million for the year. Bye is with the Dale E. Forbes district agency of Pogue and Associates Inc. of Richmond.

PAT C. SLEDD, sales associate with Century 21 Young Realty Co. in Salem, has been honored with the Sales Achievement Gold Award, which is Century 21's highest quarterly district citation.

Young Realty was named a Century 21 Gold Club Office for the second quarter in the Mid-Atlantic States Blue Ridge District. The award is given based on sales volume and units sold.

SALEM BANK AND TRUST has announced several job promotions. Carolee Ogle has been named a senior customer service representative. She began her career with First National Exchange Bank, now First Union National Bank of Virginia, and has been with Salem Bank and Trust for more than 11 years.

Debra Assenat has been appointed manager of the Oak Grove office. She has been employed at the bank for more than 14 years and has been at the Oak Grove branch since it opened in 1991.

Joann Lloyd has been appointed bank card officer in charge of credit and check card programs at Salem Bank and Trust.

RANDY ALLEN, assistant service manager at Magic City Ford, recently received the 1994 Medallion Award from Ford Motor Company. The Medallion Program recognizes employees in service, parts and body shops who help the dealership to excel in customer satisfaction.
