VEGETARIAN SOCIETY RESUMES MEETINGS

The Virginia Vegetarian Society will resume its occasional potluck gatherings at 7 p.m. on Sept. 22. Bring a favorite dish to share (and its recipe, if possible) to the Unitarian Universalist Church at Grandin Road at Brandon Avenue, Roanoke.

A contribution of $1 per adult goes toward the cost of beverages, building use and postage. Children and nonvegetarians are welcome. For more information, call 380-2820.
