The senior scored her 1,000th point on a free throw in the third quarter after making a shot and drawing a foul. Hall, who becomes the second Fieldale-Collinsville player to score 1,000, had 15 of her points in the first quarter as the Cavaliers (7-3 overall, 6-1 district) took a 30-4 lead.
Junior Jennifer Whitt added 13 points. Jennifer Floyd and Donna Mabry chipped in 11 and 10, respectively, for the Cavaliers.
Parry McCluer 51, James River 47: Parry McCluer saw a nine-point fourth-quarter lead slip to a three-point advantage in the final seconds of a Pioneer District game as the Fighting Blues managed to avoid a Knights comeback in Buena Vista.
James River (0-8, 0-2) cut Parry McCluer's lead in the waning minutes behind Julie Firebaugh and Heather Vines, who scored six points each in the quarter.
Lindsey Coleman finished with a game-high 17 points, nine of which came on 3-pointers, and seven assists for Parry McCluer (5-4, 2-1).
Narrows 38, Radford 35: The Green Wave held the Bobcats to a pair of free-throws in the opening quarter and survived a Radford rally as Narrows stayed undefeated in a non-district contest in Narrows.
Charlee Taylor helped the Bobcats (6-3) cut their deficit to one point in the final seconds before Susan Webb hit two free throws with eight ticks on the clock, extending Narrows' lead back to three. The Bobcats inbounded to Taylor, who penetrated the Green Wave defense before passing to an open teammate. The desperation 3-pointer bounced off the rim as time expired.
Melissa Lawrence was the do-it-all player for Narrows, scoring 10 points, dishing out eight assists and blocking four shots.
Taylor finished with 16 points.
Amherst County 51, Liberty 38: In Amherst, the Lancers (6-2, 6-2) used a big fourth quarter to pull away from the Minettes (6-2, 6-2) in a Seminole District game.
Kelly Gouldthourpe and Erin Johannes each scored game-high 15 points to lead Amherst.
Sue Lynne Cowlbeck scored a team-high 13 points for Liberty.
Marion 54, Carroll County 50, OT: Leigh Jones had six of her game-high 23 points in overtime as the Scarlet Hurricane outlasted the Cavaliers in a non-district matchup in Marion.
Stacy Miller finished with 21 points for the Scarlet Hurricane (7-2).
The Cavaliers (8-4) got 16 points from India Easter.
Auburn 47, Fort Chiswell 31: Crystal Moles scored 16 points in the second and third quarters combined as the Eagles downed the Pioneers in a non-district matchup in Max Meadows.
Fort Chiswell (0-8) was led by senior Laura Beth Freeman, who scored nine points and grabbed eight rebounds.
Staunton River 53, Buckingham County 27: The Golden Eagles rolled in the first quarter on the way to overwhelming their winless opponents in a Seminole District game in Buckingham. Buckingham County lost its ninth in a row.
Patrick County 49, Magna Vista 38: In Stuart, the Cougars had a quartet of players with eight points as the district leaders pulled away from the Warriors in the second half of a Piedmont District battle.
Amy Nelson scored six of her team-high eight points in the second half for the Cougars (7-2, 6-1).
Magna Vista (5-5, 4-3) was led by Tanesia Kellam's game-high 17 points.
Northwood 69, George Wythe 54: Crystal Kestner scored 15 of her game-high 23 points in the second half as the Panthers remained unbeaten in the Hogoheegee District with a victory over the Maroons in Wytheville.
Kestner scored nine in the third quarter as Northwood (6-1, 6-0) opened a 15-point lead.
Tabitha Cook led George Wythe (5-3, 3-3) with 13 points.
Bassett 53, Martinsville 40: Lynettia Johnson played her usual tenacious game in the low post and scored 21 points, and Heather Miller went 10-for-12 from the free-throw line en route to 19 points as the Bengals (4-5, 4-3) upset Timesland's No.5-ranked team in a Piedmont District clash on Bassett's floor.
Martinsville (7-2, 5-2) was led by Tresita Holland with 14 points.
Lord Botetourt 65, Blacksburg 44: Sarah Hicks scored 13 of her game-high 27 points in the second quarter as the Cavaliers remained unbeaten with a non-district victory over the Indians in Daleville.
Hicks finished with 19 in the first half as Lord Botetourt (11-0) opened a 13-point lead. Teammate Sara Moore added 19 points, including two 3-pointers.
April Rogers led Blacksburg with 14 points - all in the first half.
Rural Retreat 74, Holston 57: Freshman Kristie Osborne scored 21 points as the Indians outlasted the Rams in a Hogoheegee District game in Rural Retreat to remain unbeaten.
Osborne went 8-of-12 from the free-throw line for the Indians (8-0, 7-0).
Connie Surver led Holston with a game-high 24 points.
Shawsville 74, Bland 27: Freshman Megan Forester scored 15 of her 19 points in the second half as the Shawnees pulled away from the Rockets in a non-district game in Bland.
Sarah Hagood led Shawsville with a game-high 23 points.
Bland (0-5) was led by Pachess Umbarger, who scored nine points.
Galax 60, Grayson County 31: In Galax, the Maroon Tide rolled to a 26-8 halftime lead and never bothered to look back as it left the Blue Devils in the dust in a non-district matchup and stayed unbeaten.
With a full-court pressure defense that generated numerous turnovers, Galax (9-0) allowed Grayson County only four points in each of the first two quarters.
Lindsay Carico led Grayson County (0-9) with 12 points.
