Brian and Laura Campbell joyfully announce the arrival of their daughter, Briana Lauran Campbell. Briana was born August 22, 1995 at 5:43 p.m. in Lewis-Gale Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs. 0 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. The attending physician was Dr. Mark Gustafson. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. John Wolfe of Roanoke. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Campbell of Vinton. Great-grandparents are Ms. Bess Roberts of Roanoke and Mr. and Mrs. Edison Thomas of Vinton. Great-great grandparents are Mrs. Bertha Phillips of Bristol and Mr. Rex Wolfe of Marion. We would like to thank Kathryn McKee and the nurses of 2 West for the extra special care of mom and baby.
Above all else, we thank God for blessing our family with a beautiful healthy baby girl.
Casey birth
Ryan James Casey was born August 8, 1995 in Lewis-Gale Hospital. He weighed 6 lbs. 1/2 oz., and was 19 1/2 inches long. His proud parents are Sam and Penny Casey. His grandparents are Jim and Gay Oquin, and Bob and Marie Casey. The attending physician was Dr. Thomas Winn.
|Lambert birth| Cody Tyler Lambert was born September 12, 1995, at 8:01 p.m. at Lewis-Gale Hospital. He weighed 6 lbs. 4 1/2 ozs., and was 19 inches long. His proud parents are Roy Jr. and Becky Lambert. His big brother, Shane Lambert, is 3 years old. His grandparents are James and the late Sandra Flinchum, and Roy Sr. and Betty Lambert.
Nance birth
God's most beautiful thoughts bloom into children. We proudly announce the birth of our second child, Phillip Cole Nance, born on Tuesday, August 29, 1995 at 3:19 a.m. at Lewis-Gale Hospital. He weighed 9 lbs. 1 1/2 ozs., and was 21 1/2 inches in length. Phillip's proud parents are Jay and Terri Nance, and his proud sister is Kristen Renee. His grandparents are Joyce Moore, and Jack and Bev Nance. His great-grandparents are Lena Wright, Kelly and Vergie Nance, and Col. Clarke Henkle.
Special thanks to Aunt Sherry and Uncle Artie Moore for taking care of big sister, Kristen. Thanks also to Drs. Winn, Jennings, and Forth (attending physician Dr. Forth). Thanks most of all to God for giving us a healthy and beautiful baby boy.
Southers birth
Savannah Lee Southers was born September 4, 1995 at 1:26 p.m. at Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley. She weighed 7 lbs. 12 ozs., and was 20 1/2 inches long. Her parents are Dennis and Janice Southers. She has one sister, Caitlin Denise Southers, 23 1/2 months old. Her grandparents are Walter Smith and Minnie Southers. The attending physician was Dr. Jorge Garcia.
|Thurman birth| Kayla Rachelle Thurman, weighing 6 lbs. 15 ozs. and 19 inches long, was born at Lewis-Gale Hospital on September 12, 1995 at 11:31 a.m. Parents are Gary and Belinda Thurman, and proud big brother, Josiah Lewis Thurman, 3 1/2 years old. Grandparents are James and Judy Thurman of Roanoke and Rev. Tom and Louise Peters of Christiansburg. Great-grandmother is Elizabeth Campbell of West Va. Special thanks to the attending physician, Dr. Mark Gustafson, but most of all we thank the Lord for a healthy baby girl. We are truly blessed.
|Tomlin birth| Christopher Everett Tomlin wishes to announce the arrival of his baby brother, Charles Thomas. Charlie was born at Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley on September 2, 1995 at 3:10 am, weighing 5 lbs. 1/2 oz. and was 17 3/4 inches long. Proud parents are Helen and Charles Tomlin. Grandparents are Lela B. Tomlin of Wicomico Church, Va. and the late Charles E. Tomlin, Jr., and Josefina and Joe Pina of Perth Amboy, N.J. We wish to give thanks to Terry and Heather in LDR, all the 7th floor nurses and the Prenatal Diagnostic Ctr. for all their help and guidance. A very special thanks to Dr. Lee A. McLennan and OB/GYN Associates of Roanoke Valley for all the special care Mom received. Also thanks to our friends for their support during this blessed event from God.
Wiersteiner birth
Sara Taylor Wiersteiner was born August 21, 1995 at 10:49 a.m. in Community Hospital. She weighed 6 lbs. 11 1/2 ozs. and was 19 1/2 inches long.
The proud parents are Karl and Nikki Wiersteiner, she also has a 5 year old brother Erik. Maternal grandparents are Dennis and Linda Cawley. Paternal grandparents are Conrad and Yvonne Wiersteiner.
A special thanks to Dr. Marie Malinchak for her help and understanding, and especially for bringing our daughter into the world.
