Hall scored a career-high 38 points and drilled five 3-pointers. Hall scored 22 points in the three overtimes. T.J. Hayes added 17 points and grabbed 19 rebounds for the Cavaliers (12-4 overall, 11-2 district) before fouling out in the third overtime.
Kellam scored 10 of her points in the third quarter as the Warriors (9-7, 8-5), who trailed by 11 at halftime, came back to win.
Moranda Wade chipped in 17 points for Magna Vista and Kristy Wilkins added 18. Wade and Kellam combined to make 15 of 20 free throws in the three overtimes with Wade nailing 8-of-12 and Kellam hitting 7-of-8.
Martinsville 69, Laurel Park 60: The Bulldogs rallied in the second half to beat the Lancers.
Tresita Holland had 10 of her 23 points and Erica Brandon 14 of her 19 in the second half for Martinsville (13-3, 11-2). Laurel Park (7-8, 7-6) got 25 points from Toy Perkins and 16 from Tiffany Lynch.
Galax 59, Rocky Gap 24: Undefeated Galax overcame the loss of Carrie Coles an hour before the game to roll over Rocky Gap in a Mountain Empire District game.
Shortly before the game, Coles, a junior, was involved in an automobile accident and had to be flown to Winston-Salem, N.C. Coles crushed her left leg and hip, one of her arms, and bruised her sternum.
Tammy Cox led Galax (14-0, 10-0) with 25 points, 13 of which came in the third quarter.
Covington 66, James River 47: In Buchanan, junior Joann Helton scored a game high 23 points to lead the Cougars past James River in a Pioneer District game. Julie Firebaugh scored a team-high 17 for James River.
Glenvar 46, Parry McCluer 37 Erika Hale scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Glenvar past Parry McCluer in a battle between the Pioneer District's top teams at Glenvar.
The Highlanders (9-6, 7-0) also got 13 points from Amanda Kennedy, including two 3-pointers.
Parry McCluer (8-5, 6-2) was led by sophomre Lindsey Coleman, who scored a game-high 20 points.
William Byrd 64, Alleghany 40 Cathy Smith broke out of a scoring slump with 30 points to lead William Byrd past Alleghany in a Blue Ridge District contest in Low Moor.
Smith scored 12 of her team's 18 points in the third quarter as the Terriers opened up a 26-point lead. Alleghany (9-7, 1-5) was led by Tracy Cummings, who scored 13 points.
Liberty 51, Staunton River 47: The Minettes converted key free throws down the stretch to win a Seminole District win over the Golden Eagles in Moneta.
Kellea Whorley sank four free throws in the closing moments to ice the district win. Sue Cowlbeck was the leading scorer for Liberty (12-2) with 18 points.
Missy Fox led Staunton River (8-6) with a dozen points, seven assists, and four steals.
George Wythe 86, John Battle 25 George Wythe held John Battle without a field goal until two minutes left in the first half as the Maroons cruised to a Hogoheegee District win in Wytheville.
Junior Lisa Garland scored 10 of her 15 points in the first quarter as George Wythe (10-5, 8-3) outscored John Battle 27-1. Junior Megan Johnson had six of her 21 in the first quarter and freshman Tabitha Cook added eight of her 19 in the first.
Bassett 51, Chatham 37 The host Bengals were strong in the second and third quarters and won a Piedmont District match behind Heather Miller and Lynettia Johnson. Johnson tossed in 22 points and Miller added 14 for the Bengals (8-7, 8-5).
Carroll County 68, Graham 41 Bethany Hill hit two 3-pointers in the second quarter to help Carroll County build a lead and the Cavaliers pulled away for a non-district victory in Hillsville. Angie Farmer led Carroll County (11-5) with a game-high 18 points and eight rebounds.
Narrows 51, Grayson County 33: In Independence, the Green Wave jumped out to a 21-8 and never looked back in a Mountain Empire Distict victory. Bud Lucas scored a team-high 16 points for Narrows (14-0, 4-0). Lindsey Carico had a game-high 19 points for Grayson County.
Fort Chiswell 55, Bland 38 Superior depth and a balanced attack paid off down the stretch for Fort Chiswell in the Mountain Empire District victory in Bland.
Kristen Harmon scored 16 to lead Fort Chiswell (2-10). Bland (0-11, 0-9) was led by senior Hanne Evenson, a Norwegian exchange student who scored 13 points.
Floyd County 89, Shawsville 55 Floyd County used seven 3-point goals to bomb Shawsville in a Three Rivers District game in Floyd. Jill Quesenberry led the Buffaloes (11-5, 3-0) with 14 points, including two 3-pointers. Shawsville was led by freshman Megan Forster, who scored a game-high 23 points. Sarah Hagood added 21.
Christiansburg 32, Giles 25: In Christiansburg, neither offense could get much going, especially in the first quarter, as the Demons took a non-district win. Stewart Milton led Christiansburg with 10 points and Kristen White scored 10 for Giles.
Bath County 50, Craig County 16 All 12 Bath County players scored as the Chargers cruised to a Pioneer District win over Craig County in Hot Springs. Suzanne Shanks scored a career-high 11 points and Katie Hardbarger scored a game-high 12 to lead Bath (6-8, 5-3).
Radford 59, Auburn 46: The Bobcats took control in the final period to notch a Three Rivers District victory in Riner. Deanna Dickerson led the Eagles (8-7, 2-2) with 21 points. Charlee Taylor led Radford (11-5, 3-1) with 19 points and Crystal Hubbard chipped in 16.
