FINANCING SEMINAR THURSDAY

The Blue Ridge Small Business Development Center will hold a seminar Thursday on small-business financing tools offered by state and federal governments. The event, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center, is intended for bank managers, commercial lending professions, business lawyers, accountants, government officials and chief executives.
