Reginald ``Reggie'' Wayne Arthur II was born October 3, 1995, at Community Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs. 61/2 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long.
His proud parents are Reggie and Denise Nicely Arthur. Maternal grandmother is Mary Nicely of Clifton Forge. Paternal grandparents are Fallon and Maxine Arthur of Roanoke.
Special thanks to Dr. Keene and Dr. Hardee, also, L&D nurse Tonya and the nurses of the 7th floor.
God has truly blessed us with a beautiful miracle.
Brammer birth
Kassie Mignon Brammer was born September 18, 1995 at Community Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 10 ozs. Her parents are David and Ravenelle Brammer. Big brother Jared is 5 years old. Grandparents are Mignon Ross Brammer and the late F. P. Brammer and Walter and Rosetta Lambert. Dr. Greg Hardee was the tired but humorous physician. Many thanks to Dr. Keene and the staff at Valley OB/GYN - our guardian angels.
Hall birth
Regan and Vicky Sage Hall joyfully announce the birth of their daughter, Megan Lynn Hall.
Megan was born August 8, 1995 at 6:54 a.m. at Lewis-Gale Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 12 1/2 ozs. and was 19 inches long.
Megan has a very special big brother, Westley, who is 4 years old.
Megan's grandparents are Russell and Glenda Hall, Sharon and George Jenkins and Glen and Sharleen Sage.
We would like to give our special thanks to Dr. Harms, the attending physician; a special nurse, Mollie; our families for all of their help; and to the Lord for giving us our two precious children.
Hoback birth
Connor Steven Hoback was born September 12, 1995, at 2:31 p.m., at Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley. He weighed 10 lbs. 3 ozs., and was 211/2 inches long. Connor's proud parents are Steve and Charla Hoback. His stepsisters and stepbrother are Whitney Goad, age 8, Whitney Hoback, age 8, and Brian Hoback, age 6. The attending physician was Dr. Donna Musgrave.
O'Leary birth
Tim and Paige O'Leary joyfully announce the birth of their beautiful daughter, Jenna Kaylee O'Leary. Jenna was born September 14, 1995 at 8:00 p.m. in Community Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs. 12 ozs. and was 21 inches long. Her proud big brother is Joshua Macon O'Leary, 41/2 year old. Grandparents are Ralph and Mary Chumley of Vinton, and Larry and Dianne Vest of Roanoke and Jesse O'Leary of Waynesboro. Great-grandparents are Hugh and Christine Rigney of Rocky Mt. Special thanks to Dr. Julien Meyer and Dr. Hancock, attending physician, and nurse ``Linda''. Above all, we thank God for blessing us with our precious Jenna.
Osborn birth
Connor Richard Osborn was born October 5, 1995, at 9:11 a.m. at Community Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs. 123/4 oz. and was 201/4 inches long. Parents are Richard J. and Jill S. Osborn. Family pets are Kayla, a 7 month old female Golden Retriever, and Irie, a 6 year old male cat. Grandparents are John and Janet Prickett, Dianne Osborn, James and Sandra Osborn. Great-grandparents are Doris Crawford and Walter and Dorothy Osborn. Attending physician was Beth A. Collins, MD.
Owens birth
Robyn Ainsley Owens, age 3, is proud to announce the birth of her baby sister, Allyson Michaela Owens on September 22, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. at Lewis Gale Hospital. Allyson weighed 5 lbs. 101/2 ozs. and was 183/4 inches long. She is the daughter of Matt and Diane (C.C.) Owens of Roanoke. Her maternal grandparents are Debi Locher of Roanoke and the late Thomas M. Locher. Paternal grandparents are Gene and Peggy Owens of Mobile, Ala., formerly of Roanoke, and the late Esther F. Owens. Great-grandparents are Howard and Retta Bowman of Roanoke, Barbara Locher of Pennsylvania, Lucille Lochner of Goodview and Nell Owens of South Carolina. Robyn would especially like to thank Dr. Kelly and the staff at Lewis Gale for taking such good care of her mommy and sister during such a difficult time.
Wall birth

He has a wonderful 2 year old brother, Logan. The grandparents are Ken and Rosanne Saunders of Roanoke and David and Barbara Wall of Danville.
